There are various technique in programming which should be followed. 

After getting booking need to analysis the booking dia,  gsm range,  count, dyeing & finishing process,  process loss etc.  

Need to know the order is all over print program or not.  If all over print program then need to know that what gsm should be before print.  How much coverage there are.  

If fabric is cvc then we should consider that cvc  gsm Sometimes be less due to dyeing process like single part and double part.  In every winter gsm failing tendency is more so we need to consider. 

Then we should know the shade percentage for every color. From 0‌-2% light color, Above 2% -3.99% are medium color and above 4% is dark color.
