How we can calculate the production of circular  knitting machine:

A professional who does a job in textile circular knitting needs to know how to calculate production. If he has no knowledge of production calculation can not be able to maintain the delivery period of garments. There is various diameter single jersey machine in our country and in many factories. 
 
Production calculation is very necessary for the textile industry. If one practices the below formula then they will be able to calculate the production of knitting

SINGLE JERSEY MACHINE :

Here I have given below the production formula. 

Production(KG)=
(Dia x GG x3.14 x Feeder x sl x Rpm x 60x hour ) /  (1693344  x Count)

SUPPOSE,

Machine dia =30"
Machine gauge=24
Number of Feeder= 90
Stitch length =2.8
Yarn count =30/1
Rpm = 25
Time = 8 hour
So production=(30x24x3.14x90x2.8x25x60x8)/(1693344x30)

=134 Kg
