  STEAMING PROCESS & ITS CLASSIFICATION :

This process is necessary for any textile printing factory . After dyeing throughout steaming we fix up color into textile fiber .The work of steaming is to moisture & heat process . Due to this environment dye molecules are enter into the fiber . That means during steaming there be a small dye bath stage for the printed area . For that reason textile fiber absorb color . To fix up color to the textile fiber we need to temperature up to 100-102 degree centigrade temperature & there time is 5 minutes to 15 min . During this process there must be some chemical will be remove this process .
