Polyester dyeing process

 Polyester dyeing process :

Here in this blog it is going to be discussed about the application procedure of disperse dyes on polyester in high temperature. If we can dye polyester fiber by disperse dye under condition of high temperature like 120-130°C then we will get some benefit and also good result. Due to high temperature dyeing we can get deep shade easily. And here we get benefit of time and value both. After increasing temperature from 100°C to 120°-130°C polyester fiber be more puff and easily dyed. Winch machine and jet dyeing machine both can be use to dye polyester.

Recipi:
Disperse dye: 2-3% based on the shade of the fabric.
Dispersing agent: 2-3g/L
Acetic acid : 5 g/l
Material : Liquor: 1:30
Time : 1 hour
Temperature : 130°

Dyeing process :
First of all we need to take 30 times water than material / fabric weight . After that, temperature 40°C we need to add fabric in dyeing machine. Then need temperature rise 60°C. After that w need to add dispersing agent and acetic acid and mix up well. Then we add dye solution and slowly rise temperature up to 130°C . In this state 30-45 minutes need to dye and then need to unload and give time to be  washed by cool water. After that we need treatment.
Causic soda: 2-3%  based on the fabric quantity
Na2S2O4 : 2-3%
Temperature: 100°C
Time: 10 minute
Material : Liquor: 1:20
