After wash gsm: 518

Tumble dry lengthwise shrinkage%: -26%

Tumble dry widthwise shrinkage% : -16 %

As it is a full feeder spandex fabric so we just need to heat set the fabric. Bruckner stenter parameter is given below:

Setting dia: 59 inch

Overfeed% : 45%

Temperature: 195°C

Speed: 18 meter / minute

After heat set dia: 58 inch

After heat set gsm: 270

After heat set we checked shrinkage and got as below:

Dia: 59 inch

gsm : 279

Lengthwise%: +1.5%

Widthwise%: -10%

After that we dye the fabric in a dyeing machine and then dry it in a Stenter machine as per the below parameter:

Speed: 20 meter / minute

Temperature: 140°C

Overfeed%: 50%

Dia: 54 inch

Gsm: 270

After that, we compacted the fabric in a lafer compactor machine as per the below parameter:

Temperature: 110°C

Speed: 20 meter / minute

Overfeed%: 50%

Steam: Half

Finished dia: 53 inch

Finished gsm: 280

Lengthwise shrinkage: -3.2%

Widthwise shrinkage%: -3.5%

Spirality%: 1%

We always make half-feeder trims rib but sometimes also make full-feeder spandex rib. Due to full feeder spandex being more or double than half feeder and can gain better recovery than half feeder and fabrics smoothness is very fine.
