The phenomenal development and improvement of man-made fiber are one of the specific wonders of the age. In our daily life, we have a great influence. Due to this, we need to have some knowledge about man-made fiber. 

To make man-made fiber there are some steps. Man-made fiber experiments are very expensive and experimental production is very risky. In the production of man-made fiber there are many processes, and chemistry, from filament to yarn there are many processes. For these process experiments, nomenclature,  Spinning, and Texurization.

History of man-made fiber: 

Man-made fiber is firstly made in 1857. In 1890 franc started experimental production and in 1910 United States started commercial production. Up to now, 18 kinds of chemical fiber have been invented. A new fiber invention is an expensive process. First, need to start experimenting to create a new compound pattern. The pattern right only has the inventor and it has been under control for him up to 16 years. In the laboratory, there are more experiments on this pattern and manage to start bulk production. For this, there needs to take a small plant or project to see that also known as a Pilot plant. After experiment and bulk production need to make garments and review the result that the product is good for use or not. If found any kind of problem that needs to fix. For that reason, it needs to analysis in the laboratory and invents process to develop yarn and fabric quality. This is not enough to satisfy only the retailer but also needs to satisfy the user of the product. There need for networking to make a market identity. For example, we can say about Orlon fiber which we used to make lightweight sweaters. 

In a fiber, there must not be all qualities that are good. Because by same fiber we can not make carpet and garments. Carpets need hard fiber and for garments, we need soft fiber. To increase the usability of the fiber we need to experiment in sequence. The producer works on the fiber of various quality and makes a series of inventions and can make use same fiber in the same series. Up to this period, the producer has expenditure about 50 million American dollars and for further experiments needs 4-5 USD. Like our country can not take risk of like this project.
