Brushing and sueding machine sop

In the textile dyeing finishing industry, there are all valuable machines. For specific machine has specific works that enhance the fabric quality by processing. Every machine has it sop for machine longevity and services of that machine as well as product quality. So now here I am going to describe sop of brushing and sueding machine. 

1. First of all need to check the machine that the machine is ok for work or not. The nearby control panel and movement area must be clean and should not keep fabric there anymore. 

2. Before switching on the machine need to check the machine  everyday before leaving the factory. For maximum security important checkpoint must be done properly. For example-electrical connection, Airline, etc. 

3. Never operate the machine without closing the window.

4. Don't touch any revolving parts of the machine 

5. Don't touch brush wire 

6. Always keep the machine neat & clean

7. Only the operator can run the machine and other people are not allowed. 

8. Panelboard will be checked by the electrician only.

9. Don't keep anything on the panel board

10. Must check the fabric starting point then 

11. Read the batch card very carefully that there brushing or sueding production.

12 . Don't start brushing or sueding machine without a standard swatch
