  Standard operating procedure of stenter machine 

The stenter machine is the most important machine in the dyeing-finishing industry. Stenter machine has some most important role for fabric finishing as well as giving high quality to the fabric. So this machine working procedure must have a sop.

1. Before starting the machine must need to check whether the machine is ok for work or not. Besides the control panel and movement, the area must be clean.

2. First of all need to keep the machine area clean.

3. Backside of the machine we need to wear gumboots.

4. Machine operator will be mixing chemical 

5. Before taking chemicals must wear a gumboot, gloves, and sunglass.

6. Must not send any kind of knot through the padder. 

7. Must not give your hand inside the cycling machine and machine parts.

8. The gate of the machine must not open before the temperature is 120°C. 

9. Without knowledge don't touch any specific switch.

10. Don't make any task without discussion with your senior. Don't do any work as per your assumption.

11. Must ensure your safety first then start work.

12. Eyels mark must not keep any trolly or fabric .

13. Senior operator and quality supervisor will check fabric dia, gsm, hand feel, bowing, angle, etc. 

14. If we did a program with a brightener then we need to machine wash before using another program. 

15. First read the batch card well then you should set the parameter.
