Yarn dyeing stripe calculation

Yarn dyeing program is one of the most important section in knitting . There are many knitting industries in our Bangladesh. Some of them has own yarn dyeing factory and some have not. To do yarn dyeing order there are some peocess . After getting order from buyer we need submit lab dip to buyer . If buyer likes out submitted lab dip then buyer gives us approval . After getting labdip approval we will do yarn dyeing work order and take approval from factory head to send yarn for yarn dyeing factory. We can do 10kg sample dyeing for the first time to get pre production approval. After that we need to make fabric for PP and submit to buyer representative for approval . If they give pp approval then we need to give mail on approval mail to start bulk dyeing as per reference of mail. During this time it also can be happen like shade variation batch to batch then also need to make for strike off approval and discuss and send to buyer for approval. After getting approval we can also procees for bulk knitting.

It should be knit as per ration for body and trims fabric per lot. Otherwise shade will be vary.  After complete knitting we need to make batch as per combo. After that we wash the fabric in dyeing machine. Before wash machine need to do clean very well. After cleaning machine we need to do program. After wash the fabric we need to dry the fabric as early as possible because of hydrolysis of reactive dyeing due to residual alkali of scouring and bleaching of yarn dyeing.
