  Important checklist for the All over print section:

In the textile industry, it is very necessary to do a checklist for every section. Today we will discuss all over the print section important check list. So let's see.

Before AOP:

1. Keep before aop swatch

2. Need to check fabrication.

3. Need to check the shade

4. Check the gsm and dia of the fabric.

5. Check the absorbency of the fabric.

After AOP:

1. Need to check design and repeat with standard artwork.

2. Check color placement.

3. Check design size.

4. Check design shape.

5. Check penetration of print.

6. Check print coverage.

Curing : 

1. Need to check after curing swatch.

2. Need to check the shade.

After curing Stenter: 

1. Need to check the shade 

2. Check design size 

3. Check design shape 

4. Check repeat size

5. Need to check hand feel 

6. Need to check bowing/ skew

7. Keep after stenter swatch

After compacting : 

1. Check the shade of the fabric. 

2. Check design size and shape

3. Check repeat 

4. Check hand feel

5. Check is there any kind of skewing / bowing 

6. Check gsm and dia

7. Keep compacting swatch of the fabric. 

8. Check appearance of the fabric

9. Check after wash gsm

Final Inspection: 

1. After final quality inspection, it is necessary to deliver the finished goods to the central store.

2. If any quality issue then send it back for reprocessing.
