SOP OF WATER SHAKING BATH

  Sop for water shaking bath

In a textile wet processing lab, this is an important machine which use in the colorfastness lab. Today here I am going to discuss the water shaking bath sop of Model no. BS-31, Machine manufacturer Jiutech, Korea.

Basically, this water shaking bath is used to give heat to the reagent, and chemicals, and extract with shaking in a water medium. 

Sop: 

1. Fill the tank with distilled water to an appropriate level.

2. Switch on the power supply.

3. Switch on the equipment.

4. Set the temperature by pressing the digital setting keys.

5. Open the covers and place the vials into them.

6. Set time and stroke per minute by pressing digital pressing keys.

7. After completing the operation, remove the samples from the water shaking bath.

8. Press the power switch off.  

Precaution: 

1. The machine must be checked before starting work that it is 100% leakproof.

2. Water level should be maintained up to the given mark.

3. Always perform the test by covering the upper lid.
