Dear viewer hopes that you are well everybody. The fastness of any textile garments is a very important matter. If we want to tell that the garments are good then there is a question that the fastness of the fabric is how much better. If the fastness of the fabric is not good then we can not call the garments good. Among the all fastness there is the rubbing fastness of fabric. The rubbing fastness is of two types. In this blog, I am going to discuss the dry rubbing fastness improvement process. 

There are many important steps to increase the quality of the fabric. There is also a process of improving the wet rubbing fastness of a fabric. 

Fabrics type: Spandex single jersey fabrics. 

Required gsm: 200

Color: Black 

The pretreatment process needs to change to a regular process.  

Here the temperature will be 80°c and the time will be 20 minutes.  

Detergent inject  1g/l

Sequestering agent injects 1g/l

Green acid  inject  1g/l

Need to check the absorbency test

Hot wash 90°C x 10 min with water 

        |

Hot wash at 70°C x 10 minutes with water

         |

Hot wash at 50°C x 10 minutes with water

         |

Use fixing agent 1℅ weight in gram 

Due to the chemical composition and concentration results always vary like a batch quality can be different. Even in the same factory may happen like this incidents due to chemical concentration.
