Some important information for knit fabric finishing
1. If we want to make the shade lighter then we need to increase padder pressure and decrease temperature.
2. To make the shade darker need to reduce padder pressure and increase temperature.
3. For navy color fabric if we need to make a dull shade: In this case, we need to reduce padder pressure and decrease temperature. If need to make it duller then need to use silicon softener and defender SD.
4. Need to make reddish Khaki color: In this case, need to increase temperature, if then also not being reddish then need to use acid with softener by controlling pH.
5. To reduce reddishness: Need to run the fabric at normal temperature and we can use some ECO chemical with softener.
6. Grey melange fabric needs to make yellowish: If we want to make grey melange fabric yellowish then need to decrease padder pressure and use color softener and increase temperature.
7. Need to reduce yellowishly: To make shade less yellowing need to use some detergent with softener.
8. Sky color fabric needs to make blueish: Need to reduce padder pressure and use silicon softener in less quantity and finish the fabric at normal temperature.
9. If need to reduce the blueish for sky color fabric then need to increase padder pressure and temperature.
