Heat set parameter: 

For   cotton and lycra /Spandex : 

Temperature: 195°C 

Speed : 18 mtr/min 

Padder pressure : 2/2 

Setting width: will be 2 inches plus then required dia 

Overfeed: Overfeed needs to be set at 30% or 40% or 50% or full overfeed based on grey gsm.

For Polyester and Lycra /Spandex :

Temperature: 195°C-200°C

For Nylon & lycra/spandex : 

Temperature : 200°C

For cvc(60/40)%+ spandex : 

Temperature : 190°C

100% viscose + Spandex :

Temperature : 190°C
