Emergency action procedure in textile industry
There are some obstacles sometime be more pathetic and dangerous some time make life risk. So in any textile industry it is necessary to do risk assesment and therefore make precaution and preventive action and after obstacles emergency action plan to save factory man, machine and material.
Some obstacles are as below:
1. Fire
2. Earthquake
3. Thunder
4. Flood
Below is described about obstacles .
1. Fire : Fire is the main and major problem if it occur in factory. To remove this type of obstacle need proper precaution to save from this. For that reason it need arrange automatic detection of fire control system. In this system we can be informed the fire symbol from main gate and can take action immediately. After knowing this we need to use water hosepipe to remove fire, gas cylinder and sometimes can use sand also. Manpower should be safe from the fire place through emergency exit ways. They can use also stair . If the factory have emergency exit pipe they can use that also. Every factory must have fire fighting team. Every floor must have a team who will get the fire rescuer training.
2. Earthquake: If major earthquake then it need to take manpower to safe safe distance. Earthquake can be happen several times when it occurs. So when starts earthquake then it can be happen as after shock. So it is necessary to be in a safe place for sometimes then again be in workplace. during earthquake you also can take shelter under beam and be to and fro. During earthquake need to stop electric supply. Never use lift during earthquake anymore.
3. Thunder: If during factory is running and thunder continue then it is necessary to stop electricity. Factory responsible person like fire fighting team, security team, rescuer, cordon party also must be alert about thunder case. It should be confirm that employees are in the safe zone.
4. Flood: If it happen disaster like flood and factory keep open then electric line must be off. The responsible security team, Fire fighting team, Rescue team always be ready to face and solve any type of hazard during flood.
