 16 Sop for Dryer Machine Operating 

Dryer machine is one of the most important machine in a dyeing finishing industry. There is hardly any factory which group factory have not a dryer machine. This machine have some quality work for fabric quality. This gives a good quality effect in fabric which gives fabrics for a longtime and have better user experience. Every machine has its sop. So this machine also has its sop that as below: 

1. Before starting machine one should check that the machine is ready for work or not. The place near control panel and its surroundings must be neat and clean. 

2. Machine surroundings must be clean. 

3. Back of machine must be use gum boot.

4. Chemical mixing must be done by senior operator and operator. 

5. During bringing chemical must be use gum boot, gloves and sunglass.

6. Must not pass any knot into the padder roller .

7. Do not give your hand into a revolving roller or padder.

8. Do not open the gate whether the temperature is not come to below 120°C.

9. Do not touch any switch with knowledge.

10. Do not do any work based on your assumption.

11. Eyels mark should not be blocked by fabric or trolley.

12. Must be handle  Chain of the machine , pinning wheel  carefully. 

13. Senior Quality and operator  will check fabric gsm, fabric width, hand feel of the fabric and bowing angle how much. 

14. After using brightener , must be wash machine at best level to do another program.

15. First read batch card and then take decision that what should be done . If have any problem should be discussed with senior.  

16. Over all you must be bear in mind that , first body safe then work.
