All over Print in Textile and procedure of All over print
What is all over printing in textile?
All over print is shortly named AOP. AOP is one kind of printing that covers and is repeated across the whole surface of apparel. AOP is a special type of textile printing technology, where printing is done across the full width of the fabrics.
There are many factories in Bangladesh that are making AOP in Textile products. Factory to factory chemicals and parameters may change due to various reasons. However below I am giving a flow chart of our factory.

There is some print option that has no gsm effect due to light print. But if there is full coverage then gsm may increase by 10-15 grams based on the depth of print and due to the use of white paste in printing. So based on that need discuss the previous section like the knitting and finishing department to keep fabric before aop gsm in a range.
