  11 Dyeing Considerable point :

If anybody wants to be a dyeing expert then you should know these : 

1. When the color is steamed at 60°C the black color absorbs when the color is steamed at 65°C then absorbs red color when the color is steam at 70°C then absorbs Yellow color. When we overflow water the yellow color tone will be high if the yellow color percentage is more than another color. If the yellow color percentage is less then it will not happen. When we do blue or black color dyeing then red and yellow absorb first. 

2. If red is more: If red is more during color then need first use wsk detergent hot wash at 70°C-90°C time length will be 10 minutes. If also after that color does not reduce red then we can use acetic acid using temperature 50°C -60°C. During this acid hot we need to sample check if not reduced then need to increase the temperature. The shade will be light with the sequence of increasing temperature. 

3. If black is more: If black shade is more then we need to ask hot wash 70°C-90°C here time will be 10-15 minutes. After this if the color is not reduced then we need to wash the fabric and use detergent and soda need at a time to use at 70°C -90°C here also time will be 10-15 minutes. 

4. If blue is more: Black and blue color do not absorb without soda so they will not reduce also without using these two chemicals. Soda and detergent need to use at a time and wash 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 70°C -90°C. Then also if the shade is not reduced then need to increase the temperature to 95°C. 

5. Fixing agent if used more than red and yellow will reduce. 

6. Dye bath drain and all types of hot must not drain directly, must be rinsed. 

7. Dyeing machine every novel speed must be same otherwise shade will be various. 

8. During turquoise color need more novel speed. 

9. During double enzyme need 20 minutes more treatment than normal enzyme. 

10. Color dosing: Light color dosing time 25-30 minutes, Turquoise color dosing time 35 minutes, Deep color dosing time 20 minutes. During light and deep colors if we do not filter color that will not be a problem but Turquoise color must be a filter color. 

11. Soda dosing: Soda dosing has a great influence on a fabric shade. So after color dosing needs soda dosing as per light color dosing time 40minutes, Deep color 30 minutes, Turquoise color needs 40-50 minutes.
