Fabrication : Mini waffle fabric with Spandex 

Required gsm : 300 

Required finish dia: 72 inch  

Required dia x  gauge : 40x 18

Yarn count: 24/1 combed  cotton +75D double ply +70D spandex yarn 

Stitch length in knitting machine: 2.85+1.40

Spandex stitch length : 

24/1 combed cotton needs 72%

75D polyester needs 25%

and 70D spandex needs 3%

Machine dia x gauge : 44 x 18

Here in this design, we need to set the machine as Dial will be 18 gauge and the cylinder will be 9 gauge. 

Yarn count: 30/1 grey melange 15%

Stitch length: 2.70+1.55

The color Name is grey Vigo

The shrinkage method is tumble dry. 

Before knitting, we were in done preparatory process which was checked grey after wash gsm. 

Grey width: 106 inch

Grey gsm: 156 

After wash dia: 74 inch 

After wash gsm: 258

Lengthwise%=-22%

Widthwise %= -30%

After dyeing and finishing, we got results below: 

Finished Dia: 80 inch

Required dia: 84 End to End

Here in this design we need to set the machine as Dial will be 18 gauge and the cylinder will be 9 gauge. 

Yarn count : 28/1 bci cvc(60/40)%

Stitch length: 2.60+1.55

Color Name is Average ( Double part)

Shrinkage method is tumble dry. 

Before knitting we was done preparatory process as was  checked grey after wash gsm.
