Required gsm: 195 

Required Dia: 56 inch 

Required yarn count: 36/1 combed cotton + 75D polyester 

Stitch length: 1.60+1.10

Machine dia: 28

machine gauge: 20

Grey dia: 60 inch 

Grey gsm: 180

We have done heat set the fabric to give a good and individual quality. 

After heat set dia: 56 Inch 

After heat set gsm: 180

After that we dye the fabric and then we dry it in stenter. 

After that we compacting the fabric and get 

Finished Dia: 56 inch 

Finished gsm: 192 

We have checked shrinkage in laboratory and got shrinkage as below:

Lengthwise%:-4%

Widthwise%: -4 %

Spirality%: 1%

We were dyed it in double part in red color and used softener to give a good hand feel to the fabric.
