Required dia: 56 inch
Required yarn count: 32/1 combed cotton + 75D polyester
Stitch length: 1.50+1.10
Machine dia: 28
machine gauge: 20
Grey dia: 60 inch
Grey gsm: 247
We have done heat set the fabric to give a good and individual quality.
After heat set dia: 56 Inch
After heat set gsm: 205
After that we dye the fabric and then we dry it in stenter.
After that we compacting the fabric and get
Finished Dia: 56 inch
Finished gsm: 218
We have checked shrinkage in laboratory and got shrinkage as below:
Lengthwise%:-4%
Widthwise%: -3 %
Spirality%: 1%
