All over print fabric

All over print fabric:

Now a days knit printed garments are preferable to woven because after print woven and knit are the same.

Every design needs to convert into a 100% vector image. The number of file separations of different screens is used for different colors. All kinds of fabric can be printed all overprint. Deep-dyed fabrics or black fabrics can be printed in an all-over print. The white color print is possible here on any type of fabric.  All-over print possible print like  Pigment, Reactive, Discharge, Glitter, Apson, Burn out, Neon Print, and Resist printing can be done. Here print quality is not dependent on singeing or mercerization process. It is necessary to make decision depending on the artwork of the design that what mode should be developed RGB or CYMK.  In this process, we need to convert artwork into a vector image.

The resolution should be 360,508,720 pixels/inch in the developing design. Screen preparation time depends on the resolution of the artwork. During screen exposure, the file of the design should be converted into a tiff format if the outline of the resolution will have to be 508 or 720 pixels/inch to get a better output.

Here TCX and TPX Pantone are followed to match the color. The printing speed is higher is 30-70-meter/ minute. A huge number of manpower are engaged for floor continue. Some sections like the engraving section, sample  section, and color section are needed here. Here printing is possible at any temperature and humidity of the floor. Before print, we need to dye the fabric ion dyeing section. Fabric is printed through squeeze pressure. More water and electricity are used here. Any type of thickener is suitable for color continuity. The number of colors is limited here. Curing treatment is necessary here.
