 320 gsm baby fleece brush inside: 

This is a baby fleece fabric made in a circular knitted machine. There are many brands of circular knitted machines. Due to machine brand and factory to factory varies finishing process and machine brand also. For all that reason, it may vary gsm. In spite of these I am giving data that we were done. 

yarn count: 30/1 CVC(60/40)% + 75D/72F polyester + 10/1cvc(80/20)%

Stitch length: 4.60+3.10+2.10

Required dia: 76 inch 

Machine dia: 34x20

After that, we dye the fabric and need to dry it in stenter machine. We need to keep its dia 10 inches more than its required dia. 

After stenter we got dia =86 inch 

After stenter gsm= 290

After that, we brush the fabric and after brushing we need to check the fabric shrinkage. 

After shrinkage, we will get a result that what should we do to meet gsm. 

After that, we need to do stenter again to finish the fabric. Here we need to use a softener. 

Stenter parameter: 

Speed: 18 mtr/min

Temperature: 140°C

Overfeed: 10%

After dia: 76 inch 

After stenter gsm 315 

After checking the shrinkage we got, 

dia: 76 inch 

gsm: 315-318
