An overview on knitting dyeing finishing
An overview of knitting dyeing finishing :
Hello, viewers hope that you are well everybody. After many days today, I come to post about an important topic. Today I will discuss an overview of knitting dyeing and finishing.
In any textile industry, there are many sections like knitting, and dyeing finishing. Knitting dyeing and finishing every department has special importance to gaining foreign currency from abroad. First of we can discuss textile fiber. Because good fiber and process make good quality yarn. Again good fiber depends on fiber staple length and fiber strength. Fiber strength depends on fiber maturity. If fiber is mature that fiber will be stronger than immature fiber. The spinning machine sequence also helps to make good-quality yarn. There are some types of yarn. For example Carded yarn and combed yarn. Combed yarn is good than carded yarn. The combed yarn spinning procedure is not the same as the carded yarn procedure. Both are different processes. If you want to make combed yarn there must be a combing machine in the spinning line. There also needs a super lap former which product is a mini lap. Due to quality combed yarn price is more than carded yarn. Some buyers want good-quality fabric at a certain price. Some are possible and some are not possible due to price issues.
Knitting: There are many quality reasons in the knitting section. Some techniques of knitting can improve fabric quality. Tight stitch lengths increase gsm and lose stitch length reduces gsm with an instant effect on fabric gsm and shrinkage. Fabrics elongation and recovery mostly depend on the fabric knitting process. If we can keep recovery of the fabrics up to 90% then it is very much good quality of the fabric. Maximum buyers accept elongation and recovery up to 85% to 90%. Elongation and recovery are mainly for spandex fabric. Without spandex, there is some fabric also. For example, Any fabric which has polyester filament in it. Suppose that baby fleece fabric. Using finer gauges and coarser gauges both have different qualities of the fabrics. Fabrics' quality demand varies from buyer to buyer. Some like the looseness and some like fit.
Dyeing and finishing: In dyeing finishing, there are many ways to increase fabric quality. There are various types of shade. Some are cotton single part dye, polyester single-part dye, some are double part dye, and some are cross dyeing. A buyer likes a variety of these colors. In our industry, there are various types of colors like these.
