Quality control circle is very important in any workstation. Scientists and entrepreneurs thought likely to be the century that quality circle will help any organization by their participation in the decision making like which can develop the factory through their thinking and also they are already doing some activities to develop. Japan is advanced in the quality control circle. After 1960 a process was developed known as a quality control circle. This circle uses their merit and innovative idea for the development of the industry through their participation in the structure and development of the company. They are also a team that will solve any problem. 

Quality control circle finds out a problem and takes necessary action that can resolve the problem and it develops the quality of the product and even it increases production also, as well as it decreases the cost.  A quality circle has 4-10 members. They will sit one time a week to do a meeting about the solution to the selected problem.  

Features of quality control circle: 

1. Quality control circle is a problem-solving team.

2. Quality control circle is a selfly motivated team.

3. Members of the quality circle come from the same workplace.

4. They are well-known for their responsibility.

5. They work as a team.

6. They find out the problem and solve the problem.

7. All problem-solving steps need to take this circle.

8. Their own problem is the main problem that they found and they solve them.

9. Member of quality circle never think about other team or others. 

Quality circle functions: 

1. To select the problems.

2. Quality of the product development and find out solutions.

3. Production development and find out solutions for problem-solving.

4. Machine, workplace, and floor keep clean. 

5. Canteen and toilet keep clean.

6. Inspire all members to follow up on overall work. 

7. Quality control circle helps managers to solve problems.

8. By using merit and innovation to solve problems and as well as increase the efficiency of the factory. 

Working procedure of Quality Circle : 

1. Quality control circle must meet a day per week. 

2. They will take a problem and discuss it at the meeting. 

3. They will analyze the problem, find out the causes, and select the causes. 

4. They will analyze and will submit to their superior. 

5. If the authority person gives approval then they will solve it finally. 

6. Members will solve all steps one by one themselves. 

7. They show their work to others to know about the problems and solutions and motivate all.
