The necessity of fabric spreading :

In the garments industry generally, we need to cut the fabric at a time for a huge number of garments. This huge number of garment fabric needs to be cut at a time and there needs production planning, as well as fabric arrangement as per marker length and width on the table, which is called the spreading process. After spreading fabric on the cutting table right that state is called Fabric Lay. In a fabric lay, there maybe 2 to 100 pcs of fabric. We can spread fabric by hand or can spread by machine. We make lay only for two targets. 

1. To save the time of cutting 

2. To save fabric 

To spread fabric on the cutting table there must be a good and hard. When we make lay on the cutting table the fabric lay must be strong. The high-quality cutting table has a small hole inside the table to air movement from fabric lay to outside.  During fabric lay making the man who spread fabric on the table, must take the necessary steps to cut the bad place of the fabric and also need to splice it. Sometimes it needs to cut the problematic fabric by separate lay. Nowadays we can count easily to make splices during spreading fabric due to bad fabric.  

The important condition for making lay of fabric: 

1. Need to make alignment of ply

2. The actual ply tension

3. Every ply must be flat 

4. Need to reduce problematic fabric 

5. The direction of ply must be select

6. Need to remove static electricity

7. Easily need to separate lay bundle of the fabric  

8. During cutting need to control fusion of lay

9. The lay of fabric must not be disarrangement

10. Need to match fabric check and stripe.
