 Different section of garments manufacturing process:

Without administration and accounting section there are some major and important section are there in garments manufacturing industry . 

There are three section as below : 

1. Cutting section 

2. Sewing section 

3.Finishing section 

In below i have discussed about all section elaborate discussion. 

1.Cutting section : Generally in cutting section we cut the fabric by certain pattern card . To keep uniform measurement of the garment we need to make pattern as per a garments body various  part . Cutting is the process where we keep the fabric on cutting table in some layer and then place the pattern on the fabric lay and cut fabric by cutting knife . After cutting we make the fabric piece as bundle and then send to quality section to inspection and then give to  sewing section .

2. Sewing section : After taking the bundle from cutting section supervisor will give the definite parts of a body to swing operator to sew .In this section a sequence is followed to make a complete garments . here need some sewing machine operator of different types of sewing machine . Sewing section is the most important section in a grament industry. Due to minimum defect a garment can be rejected . For that reason need qualified operator in sewing section. 

3.Finishing section : In garments word , if we want to make garments as a quality product we need to give fabric quality in this section . Here unnecessary yarn are cut and checked fabric quality .   

After that we do finishing like ironing , folding , packing , and cartoon to do shipment the garments product . Sometimes audit to check the cartoon and  garments to send it in a specific country and in a good quality . Withou good quality buyer will not be happy . so there target should be the satisfaction of buyer. .
