Double pique fabric is a single jersey derivative. It has a good design effect on the fabric on top and back. A double pique design is given below for knitting.

As per above cam arrangement we can say that the design is very small. There are two double knit and two double tuck symbolize the name double pique. The crosswise arrangement of tuck makes an effect on a side that looks very nice. And another one side looks like normal single jersey. Basically people make double pique by 100% cotton yarn for comfortability of the fabric. The fabric structure have more porus that having more air consumption in the porus thats why these designs are very comfortable.

Overall we can differentiate with all other fabrics that double pique fabric never have any wrinkle so it looks smooth and we can wear it easily. Due to this quality of the fabrics it have not much bad shrinkage. People basically make tee-shirt more by this type of fabric due to comfortability. In our countries we do maximum production in the world of various pique design.
Due to its super easy care and most absorbency we can use it in any season and also use maximum for sports shirt or polo shirt . We normally do production of this design from 170 gsm to 350 gsm.
Both man and woman can use polo shirt in every season. Many of them like different colors at a time to buy.
Medium weight pique shirt is 170 gsm to 200 gsm . These are maximum used quality.
