Required dia: 60 inch 

Required yarn count: 30/1 combed cotton + 30/1 combed cotton +12/1 combed cotton 

Stitch length: 5.00+4.60+2.10

Machine dia x gauge: 30x14

After dyeing, we need to dry the fabric in a stenter machine. 

Stenter parameter : 

Width set: 60 inch 

Temperature: 150°C

Speed :16 meter/minute 

Overfeed %: 80%

Padder pressure: 3.5

Blower: 95 

Softener use: Yes (RGH)

After stenter dia: 62 inch

After stenter gsm:230

These fabrics have an enzyme and tumble dry process.

After tumble drying needs to check shrinkage: 

Dia: 60 inch 

Gsm: 250 

Lengthwise%:- 6%

Widthwise%: -4%

Spirality%: 4%
