This is a fleece fabric that has baby look loop side and after brush, this fabric has more recovery than any other fleece derivative. 

Required yarn count: 30/1 cvc(60/40)%+75D polyester +16/1cvc(80/20)%

Required finish dia:74/76 

Required dia x gauge: 34x20 

Stitch length: 4.60+3.10+1.90

Preparatory process: 

We wash grey fabric in the lab without any kind of chemical and then we tumble dry the fabric and got the below result. 

Grey dia:94 inch 

Grey gsm: 230

After wash dia: 89 inch 

After wash gsm: 270

Lengthwise%: -15%

Widthwise%: -4%

After that, we dye the fabric batch and then dry the fabric in stenter machine and pull dia 10-12 inch plus dia than our required dia, because when will brush the fabric then heavy force will be applied on the fabric and then the fabric dia become less, so we will keep it plus. 

If you have enough time you can check after brush shrinkage will be very bad. There you will get knowledge about how many percentages it should be overfed and how much stretch needs to do in the width of the fabric. 

After brush, we need to stenter. 

Stenter temperature: 130°C

Speed: 20 meter/minute

Overfeed% : 10%

Setting width: 76 inch 

Padder pressure: 5/2

After finish width: 76 inch 

After finish gsm: 272 

Lengthwise shrinkage: -3%

Widthwise shrinkage: -4%

Spirality: 2%
