230 GSM INSIDE BRUSH FLEECE

  230 GSM INSIDE BRUSH FABRIC 

This is a baby fleece program that has inside good brush quality. The fabric has good recovery. Today I am going to discuss that parameter. 

Fabric composition: 60% cotton 40% polyester 

Yarn Count: 34/1cvc (60/40)% + 60D polyester +16/1 cvc(80/20)%

Required Dia: 72/74 inch

Required gsm: 230 

Color : Double part dyeing 

Stitch length: 4.30 + 3.10 + 2.10

Machine dia x Gauge: 34 x 20

Preparatory process: 

We wash grey fabric to check fabric shrinkage and gsm possibility. 

Grey dia: 94 inch

Grey gsm: 195

After wash dia: 91 inch 

After wash gsm: 240

Lengthwise% =-15%

Widthwise%=-8%

After that we complete knitting. 

After that, we dye the fabric as per the selected batch quantity and dry the fabric in a stenter machine. Then we brush the fabric and then again stenter the fabric.  In the stenter parameter as below. 

Temperature: 140°C

Machine speed: 16

Overfeed: 4%

Fabric setting dia: 75 inch 

Padder pressure: 5/2

Finished dia: 75 inch 

Finished gsm: 227

As it is having good quality and gsm after stenter so we will not do compacting. But we need to check the shrinkage report of after stenter. 

Lengthwise% = -3.6%

Widthwise%= -2.4%

Spirality: 0.5%
