How to calculate an average count There are numerous cloth masterminds who may be seeing this post. If you have knowledge of it how to calculate average count also thanks to you. If you're new ion this blog please follow my blog Textile tips zone. Thanks for your tolerance in this blog reading.

Suppose that we will find out the attendant count of 28s/ 1 cotton and 14s/ 1 cotton. I'm going to partake in important tips that will nothing share with you. We know that we calculate or determine cotton count in a circular system and polyester yarn in a denier count. Then we will convert in denier count from the cotton count which means circular count to direct count.

We know the formula of circular count to direct count below Denier = 5315 ÷ Cotton count

We need to divide both counts in this formula and get the result denier.

Count 28s/ 1 Denier will be = 5315 ÷ 28 = 189.82

Count 14s/ 1 Denier will be = 5315 ÷ 14 = 379.64

Now we need to add two results = 189.82379.64 = 569.46

Now average this result = 569.4 ÷ 2 = 284.73

Now again we will go to the formula, Denier = 5315 ÷ Cotton Count

So we also can write, Cotton count = 5315 ÷ Denier

So, Cotton count = 5315 ÷284.73 = 18.67

This is the Average count of two yarn count of the circular system. If you have any confusion please note in the comment box to partake your asking. If you find this blog helpful also please partake in this with your musketeers and timeline. Have a match in the coming blog of Textile Tips Zone.
