The fabric parameter that is going to be discussed is based on the tumble dry process.

Required yarn count: 32/ slub cotton 100%

Required dia: 64 inch

Machine dia x gauge: 32 x 24

Stitch length: 2.80 mm 

This fabric parameter process flow is Dyeing→Slitting→Dryer→Compacting 

After dyeing, we slit and then dry in a dryer machine. 

The dryer parameter is below: 

Width set: 167 cm 

Overfeed: 60/30

Temperature:140°C

Speed: 32 meter/minute

Padder pressure:3

Blower: 600

Softener: RGH

After dry dia:66 inch

After dry gsm: 140

After that, we do compact to give good quality in the fabric. 

Compacting parameter: 

Width set: 163 cm 

Steam: Full

Overfeed: 60%

Temperature:110°C

Speed: 25 meter/minute

Compacting%: 5%

After dry dia: 66 inch

After dry gsm: 138

After that we got shrinkage result: 

Lengthwise: -1%

Widthwise: -4%

Spirality: 1%
