  BUBBLE  PIQUE IN CIRCULAR KNITTING : 

There are various types of pique /lacoste fabric in textile .

As per fabric criteria we can nomenclature it. 

Here we are describing about bubble pique . 

To make this in circular knitting we need to do cam design in machine .

NEEDLE : Needle will be 121212.............. like this in full cylinder .

Required gsm : 220

Yarn count ; 30/1 ctn +30/1 ctn +20/1 ctn 

30/1 cotton yarn will be in knit position and 20/1 cotton will be in tuck position .

Stitch length: 2.85

Dia x Gauge : 24x24

After dyeing we slitting the fabric and then we dry the fabric in stenter machine . 

Then we compacting the fabric & we got : 

Dia =65 Inch

Gsm =218 

Lengthwise % = -7.5%

Widthwise %= -2.7%

Spirality%=  1.1%
